we did not want to leave and would definitely go back. everything was perfectly fine, nevertheless we stayed for 2 nights only. the location for nuwara eliya was peaceful, very close to waterfalls and post office, many restaurants and everything, market, pub, park, stores. the food was savoury, really enjoyed it.

The room was equipped with a sitting area, iron and ironing board, and a work desk. the location was good and excellent, offering particularly nice views of the mountain. the service was friendly and great value. the staff were very polite and amicable towards all guests.

Even though there was a temporary power outage, the staff provided us with a large torch to use during the evening. I would recommend this hotel for its convenient location and cozy atmosphere.

Friendly staff and great location. We had a wonderful Easter vacation at this hotel. the staff was incredibly welcoming and accommodating. We even received two complementary facts during our stay which was a lovely surprise. the location was perfect for us, close to the town and all its amenities. we enjoyed a stunning view of the surrounding mountains which was simply breathtaking.

Another downside is that on Sundays, due to a local market, access to and from the hotel can be restricted until around 5 pm, which can be a bit inconvenient if you have plans outside of the hotel during the day.
